Responsibilities & Context
This role is essential for maintaining the bank’s operational efficiency by ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition and management of resources. Key responsibilities include:
- IT Procurement: Oversee and execute IT-related procurement to ensure the timely and efficient acquisition of technology resources for the bank.
- Vendor Sourcing: Apply strong vendor sourcing knowledge to identify, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and service providers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure proper tracking and availability of all necessary goods and supplies.
- Utility Payments: Process utility payments in an accurate and timely manner to ensure seamless and uninterrupted bank operations.
- Support Function: Demonstrated experience in a procurement, administration, supply chain, or similar role is required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business) from a reputed university. (Note: Candidates with a 3rd division/class in any exam are discouraged from applying. Requirements may be relaxed for highly relevant and experienced candidates.)
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience, with preference given to those from the banking sector.
- Age: Must be between 30 to 40 years of age.
