Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to drive the sales of Walton Lifts in your assigned territory. Key duties include:

  • Sales Operations: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for Lifts. Develop sales strategies and monitor performance using KPIs.

  • Client Management: Collect data from assigned areas to identify potential clients (developers/building owners). Provide detailed product and company information to clients.

  • Negotiation: Arrange meetings and factory visits for clients to facilitate final negotiations and trust-building.

  • Data Management: Upload sales and client data to EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) software properly for future reference.

  • Efficiency: Find innovative ways to ensure the efficiency of sales operations in the territory.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.

    • OR Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Experience:

    • Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Escalator/Elevator/Lift industry are preferred.

    • Freshers are also strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Age: At least 32 years. (Note: This is a strict requirement mentioned in the circular).

Skills & Expertise

  • Logistic Skill: Must have Motorbike Riding skills and valid license, as territory management requires extensive travel.
